Refund policy

 

REFUND TERMS

1. You can get a full refund (product price + shipping) if:

* Production of the product in wrong patterns and sizes, wrong sewing
* Damaged in shipping (Please check your cargo when you receive it and keep a record of the product damaged during transportation.)

2. In the following case, you can return the products only by paying the shipping fee and you will receive a refund for the product price. (You can return it within 2 weeks, provided it has not been used.):

* Products you don't like for any reason
* Dimensions and colors of chosen items aren’t suitable

3. Customized items are not refundable or exchangeable.
